It all started on a warm summer night in 2023, when I found myself playing pickleball in a friend’s driveway, completely hooked on the game. As the night went on, I asked the group where people play when the weather isn’t ideal, only to be met with shrugs. I was shocked—there wasn’t a dedicated indoor pickleball facility in Omaha. A few makeshift options existed, but nothing truly designed for the sport. That moment sparked an idea, and anyone who knows me knows that when I believe in something, I make it happen.

Determined to bring this vision to life, I began researching indoor pickleball facilities across the country. I came across one in Houston and connected with the owners, whose approach aligned perfectly with what I envisioned for Omaha. Without hesitation, I flew to Houston, spent four days immersing myself in their operations, and formed a strong connection with the owners. Inspired and equipped with new insights, I returned home and, during my search for local players, came across Matthew Barlow. From our first conversation, I knew he was the perfect business partner—passionate about pickleball, committed to integrity, and deeply invested in people.By fall 2023, we made a true commitment to turning this dream into reality. With the right team, investors, and contractors in place, everything started falling into place.

By summer 2024, we signed the lease, and the space officially became ours. Every time I step inside, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible team that made this possible. From that first game in a driveway to building a thriving pickleball community in Omaha, I truly believe God had His hand in every step—connecting me to the right people, guiding the process, and blessing this journey beyond measure.
